Initial Bond Releases
The initial investment objectives have now been met which has enabled the project:

- To allow an opportunity for investors to convert to a real estate purchase and access Preferred Investor Pricing on both Residences and Vacation Hotel real estate.
Additional Bond Release
The current Bond release will enable the project:
- To reduce or even eliminate the need for conventional Construction financing.
- To provide a secure investment with a sound rate of return to investors, allowing the project to take advantage of lower construction costs and higher yield on real estate sales than if traditional development lending practices are relied upon.
