The Oak Bay Beach Hotel will offer numerous Victoria venues throughout the property for professional events, from board meetings and presentations to cocktail parties and private dinners. Situated on the spectacular Pacific waterfront, guests enjoy ocean views and historic surroundings while brainstorming together or gathering for a cause. Rooms will feature quality sound and lighting and two breakout meeting rooms with teleconferencing. Review our venues below and plan meetings by submitting an RFP.

The Library:

This exclusive space will be suited to board meetings, private dinners and cocktail parties for up to 24 guests.

The Study:

This charming, intimate room will be ideal for private dining, board meetings and presentations, seating up to 18 guests.

Lobby:

The lobby area will be perfect for banquets and other larger occasions, featuring breathtaking ocean views in a classic Victorian setting. An adjoined terrace is available for outdoor gatherings, seating up to 250 guests.

The Theatre:

This grand room adorned with wood paneling and hanging chandeliers will be available for private functions and banquets, seating up to 180 guests. Purpose built to house our dinner theatre program, this room is equipped with a stage and a screen for film showings as well.
