Averill Creek Vineyard | Winemaker’s Dinner Series
An evening filled with fine wines and good company, each Winemaker’s Dinner Series features a different winery paired with our very own Executive Chef’s culinary creations.
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel celebrates their eighth annual Winemaker’s Dinner Series this summer season. The series will feature a collection of esteemed British Columbia vineyards, wineries, and estates, each showcasing the best of each winery paired with a seasonally inspired menu created by Executive Chef Kreg Graham.
Each dinner will showcase the best of every featured winery, paired with a seasonally inspired menu created by the Oak Bay Beach Hotel’s culinary team. Upon arrival, guests will be escorted to their reserved seats. The dinner will be accompanied by live piano music in the ocean view Grand Lobby. Throughout the evening, the hotel’s Executive Chef Kreg Graham will present a five-course tasting menu, highlighting the freshest ingredients sourced from the surrounding region. Each course will be expertly paired with wines from the featured winery. The guest winemakers, representatives, and/or winery owners will guide guests through each pour, while sharing insights and tasting notes for guests to take home.
Doors open at 6:45 pm and the welcome begins at 7:00 pm. Seating is limited to 35 guests, with a minimum purchase of two tickets required. Advance ticket purchases are mandatory. Ticket sales will not be available at the door.
