Enjoy a culinary experience created by Executive Chef Kreg Graham, featuring local charcuterie, quiche Lorraine, an assortment of freshly baked pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice and a bottle of Unsworth Vineyards Charme de L’île for the perfect mimosa, and more.

Available to pre-order for hotel pick-up on February 15, 2021.

Price: $200 + tax per brunch order.

Orders must be placed by February 12, 2021.

Includes:

  • Mimosa Ingredients – 1 bottle of Unsworth Vineyards Charme de L’île and fresh squeezed orange juice
  • sliced fresh fruit and berries
  • selection of locally cured meats and artisan cheese
  • smoked and candied wild BC salmon platter
  • quiche Lorraine with smoked country ham, caramelized onion and Gruyere cheese
  • freshly baked chocolate croissant and raspberry sticky buns
