Orofino Winery | Winemaker’s Dinner Series
An evening filled with fine wines and good company, each Winemaker’s Dinner Series features a different winery paired with our very own Executive Chef’s culinary creations.
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel celebrates their seventh annual Winemaker’s Dinner Series this summer season, launching with Orofino Winery on May 31, 2023. This year’s series will feature a collection of local and internationally renowned vineyards, wineries, and estates, each showcasing the best of each winery paired with a seasonally inspired menu created by Executive Chef Kreg Graham.
We invite you to experience the culinary creations of each winemaker in the breathtaking oceanside setting of our Grand Lobby. The evening will begin with a welcome glass of sparkling, as you are personally guided to your reserved table. Along with delicious food matched with extraordinary wine, each dinner will be accompanied by the music of a live pianist. Throughout the experience, multiple courses prepared by the Oak Bay Beach Hotel’s Executive Chef will be presented with wines poured by guest winemakers, representatives, and/or winery owners.
