Begin your day with intention on October 15 at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel. This half-day experience starts with a nourishing breakfast overlooking the Salish Sea, followed by a three-hour mindset and movement session with neuroscience-based wellness coach and bestselling author Catherine Roscoe Barr.
Through an equipment-free strength and mobility workout and guided strategies rooted in neuroscience, Catherine will share practical tools to reset your body and mind for the season ahead. Guests are then invited to extend their renewal with two hours of access to our oceanfront mineral pools, offering the perfect balance of clarity, movement, and relaxation.
The Wellness Reset is a three-part series at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel, created to inspire restoration, reflection, and reconnection on the shores of the Salish Sea. Taking place on October 15, October 29, and November 12, each Wednesday explores a distinct pillar of wellbeing – from mindset and movement to skincare and self-nourishment, to the joyful healing power of laughter.
