The David Foster Foundation Theatre
The Theatre features an open concept space: a grand room adorned with Mahogany wood accents, romantic chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Attendees can enjoy a built-in theatre, stage, concession, plus state-of-the-art audio-visual and lighting.
The Executive Room
Our Executive Room features panoramic windows with expansive ocean views, two waterfront patios, built-in AV, and flexible seating for up to 30 guests.
The Library
An elegantly designed boardroom, The Library features rich mahogany wood throughout, where attendees can enjoy expansive windows drawing in plenty of natural light. This space also includes fixed whiteboard panels, a flat-screen television, and wiring for your audio-visual media needs.
The Grand Lobby

The Conservatory is a semi-private space featuring natural light and views of the courtyard. Available to be rented on its own for social gatherings, or in conjunction with rental of the David Foster Foundation Theatre.

No matter what space you choose, you will have access to audiovisual equipment with quality video and sound. We partner exclusively with Lumera Productions for all AV services. Lumera is a Victoria based event company, specializing in top-of-the-line AV, event production and experienced staff. Lumera has an extensive inventory of equipment and is more than happy to advise and provide a custom quote for your event. Once a quote is received from Lumera, we work directly with them to confirm set up logistics and timing.

FAQ
Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all Food & Beverage items are to be provided and served by The Oak Bay Beach Hotel and may not be removed from the Hotel property. This is including but not limited to all catering, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages with the exception of a wedding cake and/or cupcakes made by third party licensed bakeries only. No homemade cakes are permitted.
Our event professionals are pleased to assist you with booking any event that requires a private space or a room block.
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel does not provide in-house photography services. We have a list of preferred vendors that we would be pleased to share with you should you be looking for photography or videography work.
