All published room rates are based on double occupancy. A $59 Additional Person Fee applies per person for guests 16 years of age and older beyond double occupancy, up to a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, depending on your room category. All reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of 4:00 pm on the day of arrival (hotel local time) will be subject to a one-night charge. A valid credit card is required at the time of check-in.
We offer a variety of room types and views ranging from our best East-facing ocean views to West-facing residential views. When you select your preferred dates, you will have the opportunity to choose the room type and view that best suits your needs, based on availability.
At this time, we are unable to offer transportation services for guests. Please contact our Concierge team to organize transportation to and from the hotel.
When booking direct, Overnight Hotel Guests receive complimentary, secured underground parking. Guests that book through a third party site will be charged $25 per day.
Should you be joining us to dine in one of our restaurants, parking is complimentary.
The Boathouse Spa and Mineral Pools are accessible for Registered Guests 16 years of age and older. Due to licensing, The Snug Pub is accessible for guests 19 years of age and older.

FARO and The Dining Room both accept reservations. The Snug Pub does not accept reservations, as it operates on a first come, first serve basis.

Due to the small size of our kitchen, we are unable to offer a pizza option that is gluten-free. Our servers can recommend a variety of dishes that are made without the addition of gluten.
We encourage guests to join us and dine in FARO to experience all that we offer. Should you wish to enjoy FARO in your hotel room, you can place an order for pick up only.
The Boathouse Spa and Heated Seaside Mineral Pools are an adult sanctuary with the minimum age requirement of each guest being 16 years of age.
To ensure your pool experience is low-impact to the environment, we encourage guests to bring their empty water bottles with them to the pools. We are pleased to offer a water bottle filling station on the pool deck.
Depending on demand, exclusive pool access may be limited to 3 hours per visit for overnight Hotel Guests. Spa Guests that add Pool Experience to their treatment are limited to 2 hours per visit.
Please note that due to the limited seating and exclusive experience of our pool decks, we are unable to guarantee a specific seat or lounger at time of booking, nor can we guarantee that your assigned seat will have direct sun or shade.
For our guest’s relaxation and to maintain spa serenity, phones are allowed but must be silenced before entering the pool deck or Boathouse Spa. Phone and/or video calls are prohibited.
Please note that the mineral pools may occasionally close due to inclement weather. This measure is taken for the safety of our valued guests and employees. Conditions are monitored closely and pools are reopened when safe to do so. This is a perfect opportunity for storm watching from the comforts of your ocean view suite, The Snug Pub, or Grand Lobby. As conditions can change quickly, advance notice is not possible.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your spa experience 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
Please arrive minimum 15 – 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
The services you select are reserved especially for you. Arriving late will limit the time of your service, thus lessening the effectiveness of your relaxation. As a courtesy to the next guest, your spa service will end on time regardless of when you begin.
We request that if you would like to change any spa bookings prior to the day, please provide us with 24 hours’ advance notice. We will be unable to change same day bookings. We require 48 hours’ advance notice for bookings of 3 or more. Missed appointments or same day cancellation are subject to full charge.
We require that all couples booking the Full Wedding Package and Timeless Love Package have hired an independent wedding planner or event planning company.
