Begin with an amuse bouche of rich Crab & Shrimp Bisque or a delicate Poached Pear Salad, followed by your choice of Roast Sablefish, Braised Beef Cheek, or Beet & Goat Cheese Risotto. Finish the evening with a decadent White Chocolate and Strawberry Choux au Craquelin, served with strawberry sauce.
