Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all Food & Beverage items are to be provided and served by The Oak Bay Beach Hotel and may not be removed from the Hotel property. This is including but not limited to all catering, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages with the exception of a wedding cake and/or cupcakes made by third party licensed bakeries only. No homemade cakes are permitted.
Absolutely! The Oak Bay Beach Hotel offers block and rate-only booking options for you and your wedding guests. Our team of professionals can assist you in selecting the correct booking type based on your wedding date and size.
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel does not provide any décor but our Hotel Wedding Coordinator would be happy to provide you with a list of local, recommended professional decorators.
