We are pleased to offer a variety of beautiful amenities to enhance your stay, and will need a minimum of 24 hours notice to place an order.
Should you wish to order a custom amenity, or have an idea that you don’t see on our menu, we encourage you to contact our Les Clefs d’Or Concierge team at concierge@oakbaybeachhotel.com
When submitting your amenity request to our Guest Services team through e-mail, you will receive a Pre-Authorization form. Once completed, our team will process the payment, which you will charged to your credit card. You can also use Oak Bay Beach Hotel gift cards to pay for ordered amenities.
