FAQ
The Boathouse Spa, Sauna, and Heated Seaside Mineral Pools are an adult sanctuary with the minimum age requirement of each guest being 16 years of age.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your spa experience 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
We request that if you would like to change any spa bookings prior to the day, please provide us with 24 hours’ advance notice. We will be unable to change same day bookings. We require 48 hours’ advance notice for bookings of 3 or more. Missed appointments or same day cancellation are subject to full charge.
Harassment or abusive behaviour towards our staff is not tolerated. We believe in a safe and respectful environment for all. If you are sick or feeling unwell, we kindly request that you call us to cancel your appointment.
For the safety of our staff and guests, our team is encouraged to stay home if feeling unwell. In the event that your assigned therapist is unable to fulfill the appointment due to sickness, we do not offer compensation. However, we will ensure to provide you with the best alternative options available. We appreciate your understanding that such circumstances are beyond our control.
Please arrive minimum 15 – 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
The services you select are reserved especially for you. Arriving late will limit the time of your service, thus lessening the effectiveness of your relaxation. As a courtesy to the next guest, your spa service will end on time regardless of when you begin.
To add Pool Experience to your confirmed Spa treatment, you must contact the Spa Concierge. Your reservation does not include Pool Experience unless booked with a Spa Concierge and confirmed in your confirmation. Pool Experience is based on availability. Hotel Guests do not require a spa treatment for pool access.
When booking your spa treatment with a Spa Concierge, you will have the option to add pool experience, based on availability. During this booking, our Concierge will confirm with you if you are booking your pool experience to be enjoyed before or after your spa treatment.

Upon arrival, Spa Guests will receive a robe and slippers, as well as access to a locker where all personal items can be stored. As a Hotel Guest, we ask that you arrive in the luxurious robe and slippers provided for you in your room. As there is limited locker space, Hotel Guests are asked to leave all personal items in their room and only bring their key card.
You are welcome to use our complimentary underground parking. A parking key is required to access the parkade, please see the bellman upon arrival. Exit the parkade on level GP1 and take the guest elevator up to the hotel lobby where you will be directed to the spa.
