This season, outside guests can enjoy rare access to the Oak Bay Beach Hotel’s mineral pools and new Stargazing Sauna with our Sunrise and Sunset Pool Passes.
Relax in heated oceanfront pools and unwind in the custom cedar sauna – complete with a glass ceiling for stargazing or cloud-watching – all set against panoramic views of the Salish Sea.
Available for a limited time. Pool access also remains open to hotel guests and as an add-on to any Boathouse Spa treatment.

Sunrise Passes grant you access from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and Sunset Passes provide access from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on your booked day. During your visit, enjoy our luxurious oceanfront mineral pools, the new Stargazing Sauna, and the Boathouse Kitchen & Bar. Available for guests 16 years of age and older.

Pool passes are not subject to weather cancellations unless the pools are officially closed for safety reasons. We encourage guests to be prepared for West Coast weather by bringing suitable attire, including toques, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our pools remain open, rain or shine, allowing you to embrace the unique charm of the West Coast.
The Pool Deck is a fully licensed Food and Beverage area therefore no outside food and beverage is allowed. The Boathouse Kitchen & Bar has a variety of food and beverage options thoughtfully curated to enhance your visit.
Yes, we are happy to apply your Oak Bay Beach Hotel Gift Card towards your pool pass purchase. Please contact our Spa Concierge at spa@oakbaybeachhotel.com to use your gift card.
