Led by Catherine Roscoe Barr, BSc Neuroscience, wellness coach, and founder of The Life Delicious, the weekend retreat will lead participants through five in-depth modules on Mindset, Movement, Nutrition, Sleep and Connection, amidst the inspirational and sophisticated surroundings of the Oak Bay Beach Hotel.

*MOVEMENT SESSIONS: The Life Delicious’ unique, efficient, zero-equipment workouts are perfect for every age and ability level, and incorporate all 3 sections of the curriculum’s MOVEMENT pillar:

  1. POSTURE (align, decompress and expand)
  2. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY (incorporate movement into professional, social and personal)
  3. FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE (strength, cardio and flexibility)

How do I reserve a Wellness Weekend?

What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and balance is due 30 days prior at which point the booking is non-refundable.

Which meals are included?

Included in the Wellness Weekend Package is a catered Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday, February 2nd, and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday, February 3rd.

Can I stay at the hotel after or before the Wellness Weekend?

Guests may choose to extend their stay (pre-or post-weekend) for a special rate of $199 per night for up to three days.
